FCM2000W Digital Metallurgical Microscope
The FCM2000W Digital Metallurgical Microscope is a trinocular inverted-type metallurgical microscope designed for the identification and analysis of the composition and structure of various metals and alloy materials. It is widely used in factories or laboratories for assessing the quality of castings, inspecting raw materials, analyzing metallographic structures after material processing, and researching surface phenomena such as coatings.
This microscope serves as an effective tool for metallographic analysis of steel, non-ferrous metals, castings, and coatings, for petrographic analysis in geology, and for microscopic research on compounds, ceramics, and more in industrial applications.
Focusing Mechanism
The microscope features a low-position coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism that is adjustable from both left and right sides. It offers high precision and simple manual operation, allowing users to easily obtain clear and comfortable images.
- Coarse focusing travel: 38 mm
- Fine focusing accuracy: 0.02 mm
Mechanical Stage
It comes with a large 180×155 mm mechanical stage designed for right-handed operation, aligning with standard user habits. This layout facilitates a smooth transition between focusing and stage movement, creating a more efficient working environment for the user.
Illumination System
The microscope utilizes an epi-illumination Köhler lighting system with a variable aperture diaphragm and adjustable field diaphragm center. It supports a wide input voltage range of 100V–240V and is equipped with either a 5W high-brightness LED light or a 6V30W halogen lamp for flexible lighting needs.
